Shipping and returns
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as during launches, promotions, or public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post delivery schedules. Zeya is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase, as we are unable to amend orders once they have been dispatched.
Returns
We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zeyaswim.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Zeya is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order details. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Zeya will provide a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions may not be eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
